The Clemson City Police Department is currently experiencing network issues that affect the 911 system and non-emergency number. Here's what you need to know:
The Clemson PD 911 system has been transferred over to Clemson University. If you dial 911, Clemson University Police will dispatch the calls.The CPD non-emergency number (864-624-2000) is also affected as those lines go through the 911 system. Please use the backup non-emergency phone number at 864-624-2002.This WILL NOT affect the response to 911 emergency calls.
